Context beside outcome
An outcome becomes usable when data, role, and next action share the same frame.
ZARIR delivery and results
These reports separate design decisions and observable signals from definitive claims so delivery experience stays legible to technical, product, and management audiences.
Delivery map
This is the delivery overview, not another project list. Use Decision Case Studies for delivery logic and limits, Signature Projects for a curated set of examples, Observable Outcomes for reviewable signals, and Full Project Archive for the complete inventory. The Before & After comparison remains available from this map.
The problem, design choice, delivery limits, and learnings needed to review a decision.
↗ Signature workA curated set for understanding product, experience, operations, and industrial solution work without claiming to cover the full archive.
↗ Outcome evidenceSignals, outputs, and indicators that show how a change can be reviewed inside real work.
↗ Full inventoryThe complete project reference with categories, media, delivery context, available evidence, and next paths.
↗ Comparative viewAn analytical view of what becomes clearer in the same work path before and after an improvement.
↗Rules for reading outcomes
Each selected narrative should show where the decision came from, what changed, and what still needs review.
An outcome becomes usable when data, role, and next action share the same frame.
Page structure should show each audience where to enter and which evidence to reach.
Image, copy, and delivery state need clear provenance so inference does not replace evidence.
Reading delivery experience
For each project, we read the path through problem, decision, output, and limits without assigning an outcome that has not been measured or approved.
What was unclear, fragmented, or costly in daily work, and which role felt the most friction?
Which data, records, states, and approval points came together to make the decision reviewable?
We describe the outcome through a usable surface, product sample, documented output, or acceptance path.
What is not observed, measured, or approved remains separate so the story does not outrun its evidence.
